The Ashtanga Yoga Method

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga originally taught by Krishnamacharya and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India. Today, the lineage continues under the guidance of Sharath Jois and authorized teachers around the world. This is a practice taught one on one, pose by pose, from teacher to student. Students follow a set sequence of postures, and progress with the guidance of their teacher over time.
